Before anyone sculpts a shell, we write a hundred lines of dialogue and read them aloud in the studio. If the room does not smile, we start over.

Sculpted by hand

Physical clay on a real table, because a toy that will be hugged should be shaped by hands. Every silhouette in the family started here.

Given a voice

Voice actors record the seed personality; the AI model grows it from there. No two toys sound quite the same after a month at home.

Edited by children

Six months of play-testing with real families. Kids are ruthless editors: they renamed two characters and taught Nova to bow. We just took notes.
